Ahead of the 25th General Santos Tuna Festival and the 23rd National Tuna Congress 2023, Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) Top Management led by Acting General Manager Atty. Glen A. Pangapalan met with GenSan City Mayor Hon. Lorelie Geronimo Pacquiao, on August 30, 2023.

During the courtesy call, GM Pangapalan expressed his gratitude to Mayor Pacquiao for her continued support of the PFDA - General Santos Fish Port Complex (PFDA-GSFPC). 

The visiting team also discussed plans and programs for the celebration of the GenSan Tuna Fest. The PFDA-GSFPC is one of the lead organizers of the event.
