The Credit Cooperative of the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (CCPFDA) held its General Assembly Meeting on March 27, 2025 at the Main Conference Room, PFDA Central Office, Diliman, Quezon City. 

The assembly was called to present the CCPFDA's accomplishments for Corporate Social Responsibility for Calendar Year (CY) 2024, Presentation and Approval of Audited Financial Reports for CY 2024, Presentation of Plans & Programs and CY 2024 to CY 2026 Budget, and the trainings Attended by CCPFDA Officers and Members.

The CCPFDA also held a simultaneous election (physical and online voting) for new members of the CCPFDA Board of Directors and a new CCPFDA Auditor. 

Mr. Rodel B. Gabuya of the PFDA-Navotas Fish Port Complex (PFDA-NFPC) and Mr. Thadeus A. Mariano of the PFDA Central Office (PFDA-CO) were elected as the  new members of the cooperative’s Board of Directors. Meanwhile, Mr. Kim Francis L. Moralde of the PFDA-CO and Ms. Floraiza M. Pilar of the PFDA-NFPC became the new members of the Audit Committee. 

The election was participated by cooperative members in the PFDA-CO, PFDA-NFPC, PFDA – General Santos Fish Port Complex (PFDA-GSFPC), PFDA – Camaligan Fish Port (PFDA-CFP), PFDA – Bulan Fish Port Complex (PFDA-BFPC), PFDA – Sual Fish Port (PFDA-SFP), and PFDA – Lucena Fish Port Complex (PFDA-LFPC).
