Staff and personnel of the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) Central Office (CO) and Regional Fish Ports (RFP) strengthened their client relations through Basic Customer Service Skills Training conducted by the PFDA Administrative Services Department – Human Resource Division (ASD-HRD) in coordination with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on June 20 to 21, 2023 via teleconference.

CSC Field Office – DPWH Director Ms. Mira Michelle A. Brazil served as the resource person during the two-day training. In her presentation, Ms. Brazil helped the participants realize the importance of a customer-oriented service culture.

In addition, Ms. Brazil encouraged them to always feel enthusiastic about applying their acquired skills in handling customers and commit themselves to developing a customer-oriented service culture in the organization.

Some 32 staff and personnel from the PFDA CO and RFPs actively participated during the training course.
