Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) Regional Fish Ports (RFP) delivered 43,769.97 metric tons (MT) of fish for all their clients and stakeholders in the month of March 2025.
With a 23.06% increase, the PFDA - Davao Fish Port Complex (PFDA-DFPC) managed to deliver 266.516 MT of fish, this month’s highest percentage increase in fish unloading.
Subsequently, the PFDA - Iloilo Fish Port Complex (PFDA-IFPC) unloads 2,444.75 MT of fish, the second-highest increase with 6.88%.
On the other hand, the PFDA - Lucena Fish Port Complex (PFDA-LFPC) unloaded 1,729.17 MT of fish, resulting in a 2.47% increase in its fish delivery.
Meanwhile, the PFDA - General Santos Fish Port Complex (PFDA-GSFPC) experienced a decline in its monthly fish unloading volume but was still able to deliver an impressive 19,251.758 MT of fish, the highest unloading of the month.
Due to the northeast monsoon (Amihan), the PFDA – Navotas Fish Port Complex (PFDA-NFPC) had a slight setback in its unloading but still managed to deliver 17,909.954 MT of fish.
Additionally, the PFDA – Bulan Fish Port Complex (PFDA-BFPC) amassed 1,747.4 MT of fish.
Lastly, the PFDA - Zamboanga Fish Port Complex (PFDA-ZFPC) continued supplying its stakeholders with 420.42 MT of fish.
