The purpose of the orientation is to promote equality, reduce gender-based discrimination, enhance safety, and encourage inclusive decision-making. It also plays a key role in increasing awareness about gender issues, fostering respect, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This initiative is part of PFDA’s continuous commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment within the community.

Fish retailers, food vendors, commercial building lessees, and PFDA-IFPC employees actively participated in the GAD seminar. The one-day activity was organized and facilitated by the PFDA-IFPC GAD Technical Working Group (TWG).
