The oath-taking of Atty. Pangapalan was led by DA Senior Undersecretary Mr. Domingo F. Panganiban

Atty. Glen A. Pangapalan took his oath of office as the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) Acting General Manager and Member, Representing the Private Sector of the Fisheries Industry on May 5, 2023, at the Department of Agriculture (DA), Diliman, Quezon City.

The oath-taking of Atty. Pangapalan was led by DA Senior Undersecretary Mr. Domingo F. Panganiban. Atty. Pangapalan was among the new appointees by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. announced by the Presidential Communication Office (PCOO) on April 28, 2023.

Others who took their oath of office include personnel from various offices and attached agencies of the Department of Agriculture.
