With the ISO 9001:2015 on the four (4) RFPCs, they can now effectively demonstrate their respective capacity to provide quality business processes, strong customer focus, leadership and decision-making, and continual improvement. More so, incorporate risk management to enable the agency identify and provide systematic approaches to risk mitigation for a more efficient quality management system. (Tess Francisco)
